Rollover Election Form Login

If you are a Class Members who no longer has an account in the Plan (Former Participants) and would like to elect to receive their Settlement payment through a rollover to a qualified retirement account through direct deposit or by paper check, then you must complete a Rollover Election Form. To do so, Former Participants must complete the Rollover Election Form on or before February 26, 2026. Please review the instructions carefully. Former Participants who do not complete and timely the Rollover Election Form will receive their Settlement payment by a check payable to themselves (subject to applicable tax withholding).

Current Participants who continue to have a balance in their Wells Fargo & Company 401(k) Plan Account will receive their distributions directly into their Plan account and, therefore, cannot request a rollover into a different account.

For additional information, please review the Notice, FAQs and the Settlement Agreement.
